Welcome to CocoBasic.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of our Framer templates. By accessing or using the site, or by purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase anything.

Definitions

“Website” means CocoBasic.com and all content, services, and functionality available there.

“We”, “us”, “our” refers to Siccum PR, Srbovo, Negotin, Serbia.
“You”, “your” means you, the user, visitor, or customer of the Website.
“Products” refers to the Framer templates and any other digital goods we offer.
“Third-party Platforms” refers to services like LemonSqueezy.com via which purchases are processed.

Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website in compliance with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials if you create an account.

You agree not to misuse the Website (including by hacking, reverse engineering, or interfering with its operations).

Purchases & Payments

The sales of Products are conducted via LemonSqueezy.com. All payments are processed there.

We do not have access to your complete payment data (for example, full credit card numbers). LemonSqueezy handles that.

Once a purchase is completed, you will receive a license to use the Product as specified at the time of purchase (see Licensing section below).

Licensing / Usage Rights

Products are digital goods. When you purchase a Product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product under the terms specified at time of purchase.

You may use the Product for personal or commercial projects (unless otherwise stated), but you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product in any manner that lets others access the original files as templates.

Modifications are allowed under your license, but any derivative works must adhere to the same restrictions (i.e. you can’t turn the Product into something you distribute for free or for sale, unless your license permits).

Refunds & Returns

Because Products are digital, we generally do not provide refunds once the Product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

If you have a problem with the Product (defect, nature very different from description, etc.), please contact us and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (designs, images, text, code, etc.) is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, republish, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works of such content, unless explicitly allowed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CocoBasic.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or Products.
